Start with action, not planning

Just start basically and see what happens and see what kind of interest there might be out there for what you have to say, especially if you already have a following on other platforms as well.

If you're looking for a formal reorg or declaration to start building differently, you're waiting too long. Look, my biggest thing is here's a permission for me to just not wait and just go.

Having a shit draft is a million times more valuable than having all these great ideas. But it's also really painful.

Have a point of view yourself, and then get everybody's feedback. That's frankly, when I would join a new company, I would give myself two weeks to develop the product strategy for that company, which is a little outrageous, but I would just do it fast.

The best way to get feedback from people is not by asking what they think, but to put something concrete in front of them and then have them react to it.
