Every week I would try to see the equivalent of at least a semi assembly of the entire new product we were working on, which allowed me to identify with teams the different bottlenecks happening in the company.

OpenAI has such a slack heavy culture and it really... The instantaneous real time communication on Slack is so crucial. And I just love being able to tag in different people from different teams and get everybody coalesced.
We all meet every day. Pretty much the entire team gets on a call, and we just kind of front to back... There's 0% fidelity loss in that. Everything, every day, is being audited front to back.
I implemented a system to manage that kind of intake with four different touch points: weekly demo days, working sessions, breaking news dress rehearsals, and office hours.
