Trust is just built by repeatedly setting and meeting expectations. And I think that's a good mantra to think about as a PM. Am I meeting the expectations that I set?
You're going to find the loudest, most influential person in your organization, the person that everybody knows, knows everything, and you're going to ask them to teach you.
